Introducing our Floor Manager, Angela Williams!

Angela's calm and confident aura makes every shift with her a breeze. Dinner rushes just haven't been the same since she joined us over one year ago!

We spoke with Angela to learn more about her time at MILA.

How long have you been working at MILA?

November 2022 marked the month that I've been at MILA for a full year!

What's your favourite part about working at MILA?

Definitely the people. It's been so much fun growing close with everyone.

What makes MILA different from some of the other places you've previously worked at?

I'd say what makes MILA different from my other jobs would be the constant evolving menu featuring what the team comes up with, as well the diversity and modern take on vegan food.

What's your favourite dish/drink at MILA?

My favourite dish is a tie between the Karaage Bao or the Fattoush Salad. My favourite drink would have to be the new cocktail, Arctic Mistress.

Is there anything you'd like to bring onto the MILA menu?

I would love to bring on a lavender play to a drink sometime in the near future.

What do you get up to outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy surrounding myself with my lovely friends and tuning back into my creativity!
